【修配管理】　2009年，结合“3·15”活动与工商、质检部门联合开展了打假护农维权活动，规范了经营业户依法经营、文明经营、诚信经营行为，提高了服务质量和修配水平，维护了农机消费者的合法权益。全年办理职业技能鉴定180人，农机投诉案件处结率100%。以创建“平安农机”为目标，以实施农机维修技术监督管理为总抓手，开展了“星级文明农机维修网点”创建活动。引导组建农机合作服务组织17家，注册资金2000万元。
