【残疾人社区建设】　成立了峄城区残疾人工作领导小组，制定了社区残疾人工作职责，建立了社区残疾人调查登记表、康复需求登记册、培训就业需求登记册、服务需求登记册的一表三册，全区87个社区居委会全部成立了居民互助协会和自愿者队伍，发展会员6650人，青年志愿者服务站30个。
