【概述】　两年来处理群众来信来访260起（件），接受上级交办信访事项15件，网上办信交办19件，省长信箱交办9件，圆满完成了2008年北京奥运会、2009年国庆60周年和第十一届全运会（山东）期间维稳工作任务，极大地维护了信访人的合法权益，为构建和谐稳定的社会环境，提供了重要保障。2008年9月峄城区被枣庄市委、市政府评为奥运期间信访稳定工作先进集体。2009年被枣庄市委、市政府评为国庆、两会期间维护社会稳定先进单位、全市信访工作先进单位。
