    40年代末， 县人民民主政府进驻南麻时，用没收地主房屋200余间作办公场所和宿舍。50年代中后期，随着社会主义建设的进程，公房建设不断增加，房产权分全民所有和集体所有两种。这些房屋都由各单位自己管理。私房的建造、修缮、使用、买卖和租赁，由个人自行处理。1986年，成立房地产管理所，负责县城房屋和全县公房的产权、产籍租赁交易管理。
