    婚嫁法规  1931年5月， 民国政府实行《民法亲属编》，规定男未满17岁、
女未满15岁者不得订立婚约；结婚年龄下限为男满18岁，女满16岁；夫妻自愿离
婚者，应立文为凭，并有两名以上证人签名。
    殡葬  民国时期，曾提倡建立公墓，但未实施，仍沿袭每户一块墓地的葬制。
