    1981年3月，建立县公证处。同年4--6月，派出公证人员到青城、高城公社，
深入到村和户宣传依法办理公证的好处， 登门办证29件。1983-1985年，全县办
理公证907件，其中各种类型的经济合同和生产承包合同854件。本县农村果园承
包初期，承包期一般为1--2年，期限过短，承包户经营不善。经办理公证，承包
期多改为10--15年。
