    随着经济体制改革的进行,为保护企业或经营者的合法权益,1981年县法院建
立经济审判庭。翌年,对全县20个工厂、30个企事业单位进行调查,掌握经济变化
情况。在审判工作中, 对每起案件都进行深入细致地调查研究,查清事实,分清责
任,保护当事者的合法权益,保证了经济建设的正常发展。1985年审结各种经济案
件115起,结案率为93%。
