    1912年， 建中华民国。1913年，高苑县改县衙为县公署，设县知事1人，下
设4科：总务科5人，财政科4人，司法科4人，民事科5人；另有帮审员1人，管狱
员10人，警察事务所26人。1928年，县公署改县政府，其组织亦有变化。1933年，
高苑县政府有县长1人，下设5个科：一科(民政) 7人，二科(庶务)9人，三科(财
政) 5人，四科(建设)15人，五科(教育)6人；另有承审员1人，司法书记1人，秘
书1人，看守所7人。
    民国青城县政府机构大致同高苑县，略。
    1945年后，本地为解放区，国民党高苑、青城县政府均在外地。
