    建国初, 工人由县民政科及企业主管部门管理。 1956年3月, 设县劳动科。
1961年,县计划委员会设专人负责劳动管理。1967年至1975年,由县生产指挥部计
划办公室管理劳动就业等业务。1976年10月, 建立县劳动局。1982年2月,劳动局
设劳动服务公司,负责城镇待业青年的培训、安置工作。1985年,劳动局有工作人
员13人.
