    2013年，居民消费价格总指数比上年上涨2.3%。服务项目价格上涨3.0%，消费品
价格上涨2.1%。八大类商品和服务项目价格呈六涨一平一降态势，其中烟酒类、食品
类价格涨幅高于其他类，分别上涨8.3%和4.6%，是居民消费价格上涨的主要因素。
