业人员的整体素质。 其中，4月，邀请市广播电视局总编室主任张伟及《第一地产》
制片人何长勇作广告营销、 电视栏目经营及电视媒体大型活动创意策划培训；6月，
邀请新聊斋网活动执行策划孙晓作电视媒体广告营销大型活动创意策划培训。通过专
业培训逐步建立起适合人才培养和成长机制，在全局形成尊重专业、尊重人才的氛围。
