    2013年9月， 以桓台县被国家知识产权局首次确定为“全国知识产权强县工程试
点县”为契机，全面实施国家、省、市知识产权战略，完善全县知识产权管理体系，
推进全县技术创新、创造活动。加强知识产权执法，增强知识产权保护意识、企业技
术创新的动力和能力，发挥知识产权在全县经济、科技发展中的作用。12月25日，桓
台县人民政府制定《关于加快知识产权强县建设提高企业核心竞争力的实施意见》。
