    2013年，全县围绕打造现代化公安消防铁军战略目标，按照“灭大火、打大仗、
抢大险”要求，强力推进专业队伍建设，完善勤务工作机制，修订完善应急救援预案
110个， 针对石油化工单位、高层建筑、地下建筑、人员密集场所四类51家单位进行
实战演练， 部队灭火应急救援实战能力大幅提升。全年，共发生火灾328起，抢险救
援146起。
