    2014年， 组织初级职业技能鉴定考试131场，鉴定初级工6440人。年度新增高技
能人才557人（其中高级工505人， 技师、高级技师52人）。2月，桓台县被淄博市人
民政府评为淄博市首席技师1人， 被淄博市人社局评为淄博市有突出贡献技师5人。5
月，被淄博市人社局批准新增“淄博市技师工作站”（加挂淄博市首席技师工作站牌
子）1处。10月11日，组织13个工种499人参加的技能竞赛，推荐晋升技师23人，晋升
高级工303人。
