    2014年，深入贯彻国务院《全面推进依法行政实施纲要》《山东省行政执法证件
管理办法》和《淄博市行政执法证件管理办法》规定，组织机关17名领导干部参加为
期3天的行政执法培训，培训人员全部通过由淄博市法制办组织的公共法律知识考试。
截至年底， 县教体局拥有执法证人员由原来的4人增至21人，覆盖全部行政许可事项
的科室。
