    2014年，制定《桓台县领导干部离任交接制度》，增强领导干部的责任感，保证
部门、单位固定资产和财务资料的完整性、真实性。以领导干部履行经济责任为主线，
以财政财务收支及有关经济活动的真实、合法、效益为基础，以促进领导干部推动本
部门、本单位工作科学发展为目标，以守法、守纪、守规、尽责为重点，根据县委组
织部安排，年内完成25名领导干部的经济责任审计，提出审计建议90条。
