    2014年，马桥镇省级土地综合整治项目除电力工程正在实施外，其他工程全部完
成，新增耕地120.52公顷；荆家镇省级基本农田保护区土地整理项目全部竣工，新增
耕地41.68公顷；  完成2013年度高标准基本农田建设项目，   建成高标准基本农田
3328.01公顷。年内，经市政府验收增减挂钩项目区3个，面积39.18公顷。
