    2014年6月， 按照平战结合、资源整合、信息共享要求，调整人防指挥部机构和
人员部署，健全完善各项职责和应急措施，把指挥平台作为政府应急救援备份平台，
与政府应急救援指挥部门互联互通。 9月，加强人防应急救援力量，重新整组抢险抢
修、医疗救护、交通运输、通信、消防、治安、防化等10个专业队，确保“平时服务、
急时应急、战时应战”。
