    2014年，县公安局为提高对各警种刑事执法活动的有效监督，实施刑事案件“一
个出口”工作机制，由法制部门统一负责刑事案件提请批准逮捕、移送审查起诉，在
刑事案件证据、程序、定性、法律适用等方面严格审查把关。截至年底，共提请逮捕
101件120人，移送审查起诉256件420人，提捕率100%，移诉率100%。
