    2011年，桓台联通深入实施精确化管理，实现综合管控能力不断提升。积极推广
“沃家庭”融合套餐，有效保有宽带和固话，抢占2G市场，开拓3G市场；多措并举，
加快宽带和移动业务发展。 至年底，桓台联通拥有固定电话用户78339户，宽带用户
达46614户，移动用户78152户。2012年，实施集团客户体验式营销、精准客户营销战
略，通过信息化应用带动3G发展。年内，拥有固定电话用户60624户，宽带用户56660
户，移动用户125966户。宽带、移动分别较2011年增长21.55%和61.18%。
