    2011年，县公安局改进指挥模式，减少指挥层级，实行接、派警岗位分设，实现
接派警同步进行，做到一级接警、一级处警，无线派警、就近出警，动态出警，大大
提升“110” 出警速度。规范接警、派警、录入、督促反馈，提升接处警业务能力水
平， 巩固和发展“110”规范化建设成果。全年“110”报警服务台共接警73282起，
有效警情12840起。 其中，刑事警情1490起，治安警情5769起，求助830起，举报263
起， 交通警情4488起。2012年，“110”报警服务台共接警71178起，有效警情13946
起。 其中，刑事警情1390起，治安警情6299起，求助1077起，举报452起，交通警情
4728起，实现接处警连续两年无投诉。在市公安局年终考核中连续两年获得优异成绩。
