    2009年，围绕财政管理与改革中心任务，完成各项非税收入93256万元，
其中完成土地经营收益35609万元。2010年，不断强化非税收入征管，突出抓
好土地经营收入，组织完成各项非税收入159187万元，较上年增长65931万元。
其中，完成土地经营收益46656万元。 是年，桓台县被省财政厅确定为全市
唯一的“非税收入管理试点县”。
