    2009年，加强房地产中介、经纪、评估机构管理，对房地产经纪机构资
格实行备案管理。组织全国房地产估价师和经纪人考试。2010年，组织开展
对全县房屋中介市场调查，帮助具备市局备案条件的房产中介公司进行备案。
截至年底，全县有房地产中介服务机构120余家，其中取得备案资质的6家。
加强对房屋中介机构管理，组织房产中介人员培训，取得市级房产经纪人员
资格证书20余人。
