    2007年，投资3万元购置计算机5台，县计生、民政、卫生部门实现信息通报网络
化。2008年，通过实施县级信息与镇、村信息核查，县镇村三级信息核对，重点信息
核查和违法生育及落实长效节育措施核查， 共核对纠错微机信息6万条，其中核对出
漏管育龄妇女168名，清理出违法生育427例，落实长效节育措施1223例。同年，为将
城区育龄妇女纳入规范化管理， 在城区居民、流动人口中清理出应管育龄妇女17991
人，并与其中4273名主管育龄妇女分别签订了《计划生育合同书》。
