    2007年， 全县批准外商投资企业5家，增资项目6家，股权转让4家。是年，完成
招商引资总额25.8亿元， 同比增长45.8%。其中，境外资金到位7800万美元，同比增
长90.2%。 2008年，全县完成招商引资总额26.75亿元，完成年计划的122.66%，同比
增长2.9%。其中实际利用境外资金15393万美元，占年计划的242.41%，同比增长67.4
%。至年底，全县实际到位外资超过5000万元的项目12个，其中过亿元的7个。
