目上马，县水资办坚持优先资源节约型项目，淘汰资源浪费型项目原则，采取重点项
目逐一论证和保大保强措施， 为县净水厂争取黄河水用水量0.95万立方米/日，为晨
龙集团争取黄河水用水量2万立方米/日，并通过市专家论证。2008年，完成张钢集团
公司、鸿嘉星城、仁丰纸业3家企业新建、扩建项目的水资源论证工作。
