    2007年，组织开展公证为民学习实践活动，确定田庄镇辕南村、果里镇徐斜村为
考察活动基地。同时，大力开展为基层贫困群体免费提供公证活动，尤其对涉及农村、
农业、农民的有关问题做到优先受理、快速办理。至2008年，共办理各类公证6589件，
其中办理县农村信用社小额贷款公证5349件，标的额近10亿元。
