    2003年，县老龄工作委员会办公室对90岁以上城镇户口和农村户口老人分别按每
人每月30元、20元的标准半年发放一次生活补贴。年内，县财政拨出专款6万元，后3
年分别为15万元、17万元、20万元。4年间，全县发放生活补贴的人数分别为312人、
758人、816人、945人。2006年，县财政拨款3.9万元为3906位农村低保对象缴纳新型
农村合作医疗的个人负担部分，使之有医疗保障。
