    2003年，县经济体制改革办公室下发有关通知，对全县股份公司召开股东大会、
董事会及年度审计、 公告和信息披露等进行部署， 对一些重点企业进行了督察。至
2006年底，全县21家股份有限公司中有16家公司按照新《公司法》修改了公司章程，
3家调整了股本结构， 全部按要求召开股东大会，进行换届选举。
