    2003年，全县推广应用“双低”(低氧、低药剂量) 、“三低”(低氧、低温、低
药剂量)、机械通风等储粮技术， “双低”、“三低”储粮和机械通风储粮分别占储
粮总量的96%。 2004年，在中心粮库新建仓容5200吨。2005年，对县级储备粮进行集
并管理，推行电子粮温监测新技术，占总储粮量的70%。年内，集并地方储备粮1万吨。
