    2004年，根据交通部等国家七部委《关于在全国开展车辆超限超载治理工作的实
施方案》 和《山东省人民政府第164号令》，组织路政人员集中治理超限运输，依法
查处超限车辆6012台， 卸货分载1150吨。2005年，依法查处超限车辆790台，卸货分
载2756吨。2006年，在治超工作中坚持处罚与教育相结合，建立健全岗位责任制和错
案追究制，加强监督检查，规范执法行为，查处超限车辆656辆，卸货分载10577吨。
