1997年12月，设立安置帮教工作办公室，至2000年，安置207人，帮教211人，被省综
合治理委员会授予刑释解教人员安置帮教先进集体。2002年，成立安置帮教委员会，
县、镇、村、厂企建成安置帮教网络，帮教组织达379个，接纳两劳释放人员920人，
安置帮教率达100%，帮教成功率达98%。
