    是年， 全县有人工增雨37毫米高炮9门、火箭发射架1部，炮手、火箭手
36人。4月，全县36名炮手、火箭手参加市人工影响天气办公室举办的培训班，
全部实现持证上岗。完成高炮、火箭年检，炮手均加入人身保险。年内，实
施人工增雨作业1次、防雹作业4次，累计发射高射炮弹250发。
