    2017年，严把建设项目审批、环境影响评价和“三同时”（建设项目中
防治污染的设施，必须与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用）制
度关，对全县纳入市重点的32个项目进行梳理，实行全程进度跟踪服务。年
内，共审查审批建设项目831个，验收建设项目799个，分别比2016年增加642
个和734个。
