    是年，注重新旧党纪处分条例衔接，严格落实镇办案件协审工作制度，
进一步提高镇办案件质量。制定出台《关于建立党员干部容错免责机制的暂
行办法》 ， 营造勇于创新、敢于担当的良好氛围。全年，立案162起，审结
161起，给予党纪处分162人，政纪处分34人；党纪重处分85人，其中开除党
籍54人。
