    2015年，组织初级职业技能鉴定考试90场，鉴定初级工4202人。年度新
增高技能人才774人（其中高级工732人，技师、高级技师42人）。1人被山东
省人民政府评为山东省首席技师，3人被淄博市人民政府评为淄博市首席技
师，5人被淄博市人力资源和社会保障局评为淄博市有突出贡献的技师。新
增“淄博市技师工作站”1处，新增“淄博市高技能人才培训基地”1处。
