    2015年，开展“解放思想、艰苦创业”大讨论，召开以“践行三严三实、
做敢于担当的好干部”为主题的专题研讨会，在“修身、用权、律己、谋事、
创业、做人”六个方面查摆问题，剖析原因，列出问题清单，提出整改措施。
同年，选派干部到唐山镇前七村任“第一书记”，帮助开展土地流转、“美
丽乡村”和党员活动室建设。
