    7月中旬至8月底，组织开展第3轮“姚景源统计讲堂”。按照“领导带头、
全员参与”的要求，局领导在首场讲堂上分别作“提升统计职业素养的实践
与体会”“统计体制改革应予完善修订的五个问题”的报告。年内，“姚景
源统计讲堂”共开7场，全局20名党员干部全部上讲堂交流发言，撰写交流发
言材料23篇。截至年底，“姚景源统计讲堂”累计开设3轮、19场，撰写统计
分析报告58篇。
