    2015年，制定《桓台县老旧小区简易物业管理办法》，实现县城居住小
区物业全覆盖。开展“物业服务市场秩序专项整治年”活动，结合城管委开
展的每月考评，落实整改措施，提升物业服务质量。是年，实行“业主自治
管理、政府基层管理、物业服务管理”的“三位一体”物业管理模式，维护
业主和物业的合法权益。年内，收缴物业维修专项资金2653户、2156万余元，
受理26个小区申请维修资金216万元。
