学院、荆家6处农村支局进行标准化改造。优化网运作业组织，更新投递电
动车16辆，实现县、镇邮件当日收寄、当日出口。年内，租赁2340平方米的
仓储配送中心并投入使用，为电商客户提供免费仓储服务。
