    座落新城西南隅。清初诗人王士祯（别号渔洋山人）去世后，后人在其居住过的西城别墅南端建
起渔洋祠堂。原祠有大门一座，门前石狮二蹲。院内植松柏。正厅五间，左侧另有侧厅三间。祠院周
围粉墙。占地面积900平方米。
    清末，王氏别墅园产一部分渐落冯氏，渔洋祠东邻遂为冯氏住宅。宅分主院和西院。主院为三进
院落。两院共有房屋60余间。住宅及门前广场和原别墅花园东西宽57米，南北长117米，共占地6669
平方米。渔洋祠与冯氏住宅作为一组古建筑群体，1984年定为市级重点文物保护单位。
