    在临淄境内，今存有百余座千年古墓。其中大部分是春秋战国及汉代齐国王
侯、大臣、贵族及历史名人的墓葬。古墓的封土大小不等，有的高大如山，有的
状若小丘，有的已夷为平地。因历尽沧桑，史籍少载，致使多数墓冢不详其主姓
名，即使有名者，也非一一考实。
