    1959年6月10日至8月10日，动员青壮年550名去吉林省蛟河、舒兰煤矿工作。
其中皇城、 淮阳公社各100名，路山、古城、辛店公社各80名，敬仲公社70名，
齐陵公社40名。
    1960年6～8月， 全区又动员青壮年200名（路山、古城公社各50名，辛店公
社40名，齐陵、皇城、淮阳公社各20名），社员290户（古城公社100户，路山公
社80户，齐陵公社50户，辛店公社60户）1450人去吉林省临江林业局塔河林场和
大川林场、农场工作和安家落户。
