    县汛 清代，临淄设县汛，驻扎政府绿营兵。青州营派驻临淄县城把总1人，
外委把总1人，马兵7人，步兵35人，1910年（清宣统二年）撤。
    团练 1861年（清咸丰十一年） ，临淄县始办团练，又称乡团、乡勇，县建
总团，县知事兼总团长，乡建分团，由地主豪绅当团长，每分团50～100人不等，
是用以镇压农民起义、维护清朝官府及封建地主阶级利益的武装组织。
