    辛店街道（镇）城区建设统一管理，始于1974年，区机关迁入辛店后，
便纳
入城市建设统一规划。村居建设则根据上级要求由村（居）委会负责。1984
年，
辛店镇与大武乡均成立城乡建设办公室， 设城乡建设助理员一名。1986年1
月，
成立村镇建设服务站，设站长一名，工作人员一名。其间分管领导孙三福、
贾国
庆。主要职责为协调城区建设和负责村（居）规划。1993年，该站隶属建设
环保
土地委。 1997年， 辛店镇改称辛店街道，建设环保土委改为辛店街道市政
委。
2001年，大武镇建设环保土地委并入辛店街道市政委。至2004年隶属未变。
辛店街道（镇）建设服务站历任站长：王绪录、徐继亮
    大武镇村镇建设服务站历任站长：陈文江、王宏儒、常江、李万年、梁
克臣。
