    建国以前，小学无专职体育教师。
    建国后完全小学设专职体育教师。1953年，全县专职体育教师共6人。此后，
凡新增完全小学和中等学校，均配备专职体育教师。1985年，中、小学体育教师
达109名。其中国家一级裁判员7人，二级裁判员25人。
