    1980年以前，招工办法以评议推荐为主。1980年后，实行了文化考试，德、
智、体全面考核。按应招者所填志愿，由高分到低分，择优录用。1984年由招收
“固定工”改为招收“合同制”工人，克服了固定工、“终身化”的弊端。
