    自1980年起，各企事业单位根据待业青年的数量和条件，在区劳动服务公司
的统一组织下，举办劳动服务社、队或厂、店、部、组(俗称“服务网点”)，安
置待业青年和待业人员。 至1985年， 全区建起劳动服务网点共42个，固定资产
686293元，安置待业青年和待业人员503人。
