    1961年至1965年6月期间，精减退职的1957年底以前参加工作的老职工871人。
从1965年开始，对其中已丧失劳动能力而又无依靠、生活困难的老弱病残者，给
予本人原工资40%的救济，医疗费补助三分之二。1965年8人，1970年增为10人，
1983年调整后，增至68人。
