    农村实行联产承包责任制以后，凡有自救能力的贫困户，经集体扶持和国家
救济，生活逐渐好转，但仍有少数家庭主要劳力痴呆或常年有病，缺乏自救能力，
近期内生活不能好转。 全区即有222户， 774人， 占全区农业人口的0.02%，从
1985年起，给予上述户定期定量救济。每月每户有痴呆、病残一人者，救济8元，
两人者13元， 三人者18元。全年总救济额22632元。同时，各乡村也在他们的生
产、生活上给予帮助和照顾。
